Personal Training Services

Everyone starts with a consultation which is done over a video or voice call, depending on preference. During this initial conversation you'll have a chance to discuss your goals and motivation, exercise history and any challenges you may have and we will come up with a plan based on that information. A lot of this process is about problem solving as much as it is exercise prescription and you will be following a unique plan designed specifically to help you overcome any challenges you have.
During this conversation, if you haven't already done so, you can decide which service is better suited to you. You can choose between online or face to face training (see below for more details)

Online Training
​

Online training is ideal for people who need guidance, support, accountability and a programme to follow.
​Online Training Includes: 
  • Initial consultation
  • Nutritional goal setting and support if required
  • Workouts delivered and progress recorded via smart phone app
  • Weekly/fortnightly/monthly video calls (depending on level of support you require)
  • Ongoing support via whatsapp or email
  • Programme updates and evaluation when required

One to One Personal Training
​

One to one personal training is available either in the gym at Physical Culture Gymnasium, outdoors at Barn Elms Athletics Track or in the comfort of your own home. The choice if location will depend on what your goals are, practical constraints and preference.
One to One Personal Training includes:
  • Initial consultation
  • Nutritional goal setting and support if required
  • Personalised programme
  • Ongoing evaluations​
