I trained with Luke for a year, originally so that I could get in better shape for my wedding. Luke is professional and approachable and clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and nutrition, which comes through in his programmes and nutritional advice. The workouts were varied and Luke's good humour made even the toughest sessions more bearable! He is not judgemental if you temporarily fall of the wagon and he recognises when you need that little bit of encouragement, either with your diet or during a set. Training with Luke was a great decision and I would definitely recommend him.
