Whilst there is a needs analysis done at the start of the process and your preferences around your diet are taken into account, you will need to be ready to make some potentially big changes to your eating habits and lifestyle for the duration of your program if you want to see your body change. During these courses, you will be expected to follow a set programme based on 4 training sessions a week, at least 2 of which will be coached sessions in the gym. Includes:
Baseline physical assessment including body fat analysis and visual assessment.
Nutritional needs analysis
Personalised macronutrient targets and nutritional goals
Coached training sessions
Feedback and exit strategy discussion at the end of the course
We specialise in strength and conditioning to support performance and reduce injury risk. This includes game sports such as rugby, football and tennis, and endurance sports such as triathlon, running, and obstacle course racing.
