Here at Progression Personal Training, the emphasis is on you, but if you are going to be potentially working (and sweating) with us, you may want to know a little more about who you are taking your fitness journey with.
Established in 2004 by Luke Matthews, Progression Personal Training was founded with the intention of providing a personal training service that combines highly effective programming and nutritional advice with an excellent standard of client service and professionalism.
To this day, we are still refining, researching and improving what we do.
If you are looking for a personal trainer in South West London, you would be hard pressed to find one with more experience, qualifications and passion for their craft.

Likes & Dislikes
Likes-People who try hard. Regardless of the outcomes, it's always rewarding to stand by a client who pushes themselves, who digs deep and who has to work hard against limiting factors, and does it anyway. Hard work is its own reward.
Dislikes-People who blame genetics or luck for anything. Especially when they haven't exactly turned over every stone in their quest for improvements. It's too easy to look at someone else who has done well and dismiss their achievements.
Action-Die Hard/Predator/Expendables/The Rock
Comedy-Trading places/Hangover/Old School
Sci-fi/fantasy-Lord of the Rings (Two Towers)/Star Wars (Return of The Jedi)
